The Blog solicits original & unpublished work from students, legal practitioners, and academics in the field of environmental law and climate change. The blog accepts submissions on a rolling basis. We strongly encourage authors to submit original and unpublished work ONLY. If found otherwise, the Editorial Board of the Blog retains the right to reject the manuscript. If any discrepancy is found post-acceptance or post-publication, the Editorial Board reserves the right to reject or take down the already published manuscript. The manuscript can be a short article, case comment, legislative Analysis, and contemporary matters on any of the subjects mentioned above. One must make sure to follow general guidelines as given below before submitting their write-up.
1. Submission requirements

The provided word limits are exclusive of footnotes, end notes, or references.

The document must be set to “normal” on the word processor.
General
Please make sure to submit the final version of the write-up. The document should be complete with citations, references, etc. The submitted work is subject to review and approval. One must be open to making amendments on request of the approval team. The approval process may take 10-15 working days.
Summary of the Article
Authors are requested to attach a short summary of the article, of not more than 3 lines. The summary may be mentioned in the manuscript or in the body of the submission mail.

3. Assessment Criteria
Submissions shall be judged on the originality, and critical analysis of the subject, stressing upon the critical examination of the identified issue. Articles must also be utilising sources to support and rather use that as a foundation for synthesizing and advancing their independent thoughts and ideas. The arguments presented forward must be clear with thorough research. Authors must also engage with relevant cases, while also intersecting it with its contemporary relevance.
